While this season brings warmth and joy, it can also be a time of heightened stress and overstimulation for the nervous system. Join us for a grounding, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn about the significance of the summer solstice and how to stay centered during the busy months ahead. Together, we’ll craft a calming herbal elixir using a blend of nervine herbs traditionally used to soothe the mind, support emotional balance, and nourish the nervous system. You’ll leave with your own custom elixir, deeper knowledge of herbal allies for summer wellness, and simple rituals to carry this grounding energy through the season.
